• "Account" refers to the password-protected account created by users to access, book turf slots, and participate in activities on the Platform.
• "Non-personal Identification Information" refers to any non-personal information collected from Users pursuant to their interaction on the Platform, including but not limited to browser name, device type, operating system, Internet service providers utilized, and other technical connection metrics.
• "Personal Identification Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and address disclosed during account registration or slot booking.
• For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Identification Information and Non-personal Identification Information shall together be referred to as "Information".
• "Sensitive Personal Data or Information" / "SPDI" consists of passwords, financial information (such as bank account, credit/debit card, or payment instrument details), biometric information, or any other data specified under applicable Indian privacy regulations.
• "Third Party" refers to any person or entity other than you, Logi3s, or Lohagarh Turf.

II. Collection of Personal Information by Logi3s

In Relation to the Use of the Platform

To create an Account or book turf slots on the Platform, Users must disclose personal details such as full name, phone number, and email address. We may also collect details you post regarding match bookings, player requirements, or feedback. When using location-enabled features to find nearby players or grounds, we may collect GPS location data. You can disable location features via your device settings at any time.

From Third-Party Sites

You may choose to register or log in using Facebook, Google, or other supported social accounts. By doing so, you authorize us to access and store basic profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) made available by those services to setup your account.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, maintain security, remember preferences, and improve user navigation. You may adjust your browser settings to disable cookies, though certain features of the Platform may become unavailable.

Collection of SPDI

For payment processing (slot bookings, event registrations), financial data such as card details or UPI credentials are handled directly by PCI-compliant payment gateways. Logi3s does not store raw credit/debit card details on our local servers.

III. Use of Personal Information by Logi3s

We use the information collected on the Platform to:

• Facilitate turf slot bookings, tournament registrations, and billing operations.
• Provide customer support and resolve user queries or technical glitches.
• Send transactional updates, booking confirmations, and promotional communications regarding Lohagarh Turf events (with an option to unsubscribe from marketing emails).
• Diagnose server issues and protect the platform against fraudulent activities.
• Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or requests from governmental and law enforcement authorities.

IV. Sharing of Personal Information

• Service Providers: We may share Information with trusted Third-Party vendors, infrastructure providers, and payment gateways solely to operate the Platform and deliver our Services.
